JR DEV LTD · Website information
Who is responsible
JR DEV LTD, trading as JR-DEV, operates this website. Our current contact channels are listed on the contact page, including hello@jr-dev.com. For privacy questions or requests about your personal information, use the email address above. The registered office will be included when confirmed.
Information handled by this website
When online enquiries are open, the form asks for your name, email, project type and message. You may also supply a company name, budget and timeline. Enquiries are stored for review by authorised studio administrators. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.
The website uses a session cookie and security tokens to support secure requests and administrator sign-in. An IP address is used for temporary enquiry rate limiting. Hosting systems may record technical request and error logs.
Why information is used
Enquiry information is used to understand your request and respond to you. Security information helps prevent abuse and keep the site working. The proposed lawful bases are steps taken at your request before a contract and legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and maintaining security. These bases require confirmation against the business's actual operating practices before publication.
Access, suppliers and international transfers
Authorised studio administrators can review enquiries. If an enquiry notification email is configured, it contains the sender's name, project type and a link to the protected administration panel. The production hosting and email suppliers, their processing locations and any relevant international-transfer safeguards must be confirmed before this notice is finalised.
How long information is kept
The current application does not automatically delete enquiry records. The business must confirm and implement a retention schedule for enquiries, correspondence, backups and logs. Relevant criteria include whether an enquiry becomes a client project and whether records are needed for ongoing correspondence or a dispute.
Live chat
When enabled, ChatWelo provides the website chat service. Messages and any contact details you enter are sent to ChatWelo for the studio to respond. The service can also provide page, device and conversation context to the support team. Depending on the configured persistence setting, a browser storage identifier keeps the conversation available as you move between pages. You can use email instead of chat.
ChatWelo's hosting, retention and processing arrangements must be confirmed alongside the other production suppliers before this notice is finalised.
Cookies and external links
This implementation includes session and security cookies. It does not include advertising or analytics tracking scripts. External product and social links take you to independently operated sites with their own privacy information. Development tools used locally are not part of the production service.
Your choices and rights
You can choose whether to send an enquiry. Without your name, contact email and project details, we may be unable to respond usefully. Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct or erase your information, restrict its use, or receive a portable copy.
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Use the contact channels above to raise a request. You can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office with a data-protection concern.
The enquiry workflow does not make automated decisions about you or create marketing profiles.
