Website terms.

About this website

This website introduces JR DEV LTD, trading as JR-DEV, its services, selected work and software products. Company registration number, registered office and jurisdiction of registration will be added when confirmed by the business.

Project enquiries and agreements

Sending an enquiry starts a conversation. It does not reserve a delivery date or create an agreement for services. Project scope, price, deliverables, payment arrangements, intellectual property and support should be set out in a separate written agreement before work begins.

Using website content

Website text, design, brand assets and portfolio material belong to JR DEV LTD or their respective owners. Viewing a project does not grant permission to copy its branding, design or imagery. Please contact us if you would like permission to reuse material.

Acceptable use

Do not use this website to send spam, impersonate someone else, distribute harmful material or attempt unauthorised access to accounts or systems. Use enquiry channels for genuine requests and provide information you are entitled to share.

Information and availability

Services, product features and availability may change. Confirm the details relevant to your project with us before relying on them. Portfolio descriptions relate to the work shown and do not promise the same outcome for every project.

External websites and products

Linked websites operate separately. A product may have its own terms, privacy information and account requirements. Review these on the relevant product website before signing up or using it.

Your rights

These website terms do not remove rights you have under applicable law. Specific commercial terms and any proposed limitations of liability require separate business and legal review; this draft does not replace a client contract.

Contact and changes

Use the contact page for questions about this website. Material changes to the final terms will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
